Reframing a Busy Street
In Antwerp’s Zurenborg district, a classic townhouse faced traffic noise, drafty windows, and a front door that offered little resistance to the weather. The Moens family asked for a full frontage rethink that would feel warm and welcoming without endless maintenance.

Each unit features triple sealing gaskets and laminated safety glass, calming the buzz from the tram line outside. The new composite entrance door includes a steel security plate and multi-point locking, keeping draughts — and intruders — firmly at bay.
